Partnered with leading infrastructure and resource asset owners, this Australian consulting company is working on major projects in QLD as a result of the coal seam gas boom. Specialising in technical engineering/ design and project delivery throughout the full project lifecycle, this company prides themselves on delivering working, profitable assets.
Due to project workload increasing, there is growth areas across the technical specialist teams and as an outcome the company is seeking to appoint 4 new GIS Technologists to integrate into the spatial data services team. In this role you will provide high quality cartographic products using desktop. You will assist in producing accurate and comprehensive metadata, data acquisition, compilation and manipulation.
To be considered for these roles you will be highly experienced in the field of Geomatics and spatial data production. Prior experience in CSG - LNG or Oil Gas preferred. You will have high attention to detail and possess thorough working knowledge of GIS software such as MapInfo or ESRI. With strong interpersonal skills you will have the ability to develop business and communicate with a large multidisciplinary team whilst undertaking leadership responsibilities where needed.
