Description
Responsible for the trading and risk management of Fixed Income and Equity products including but not limited to Mortgage Back Securities with P L responsibility. Work with senior contacts. Identify potential trading strategies and offer new ideas to improve existing strategies. Contribute to the team concept of the trading room. This includes contributing to the free flow of market and security information in the trading room and cross-training with other traders to enable flexible trading team coverage.
MBS Passthrough trader with minimum 5yrs experience. Experienced in being a liquidity provider on Tradeweb. Entrepreneurially minded with respect to growing an MBS platform. Strong risk management skills. Familiar with Yieldbook and Polypath as both valuation and risk management tools.
Qualifications
BA/BS. MBA preferred. 12 years experience. 12+ years preferred. Series 7 and Series 63 Licenses required.
