All our Global Analysts start the programme with a four-six week long induction in London – giving you the chance to begin your technical training and launch your professional network. Once you’ve returned to your home office, you’ll receive technical and regulatory training that’s bespoke to your business area. We’ll also provide a core behavioural skills programme that covers influencing, personal brand, presentation skills and dealing with challenging situations. You’ll gain a deep understanding of our competitive advantages, strategy and clients.
