Global Asset Manager
A global asset manager are looking for a robust and commercially driven individual to join the firm as an oversight fund accountant.
Successful candidates will come from an investment management/fund accounting/oversight background. You will not be calculating the NAV’s (as they are outsourced) but in fact overseeing the work of the third party provider. An accounting qualification is not essential but if you are not qualified you must have some sort of qualification in relation to the buy side i.e. IMC, CISI etc
Ideally you will have 5 + years’ hands on experience. This role does not hold people management responsibilities. You must have solid fund accounting experience and as well as oversight of the NAV calculations you will be performing fund performance analysis, and also some work around ETF (Exchanged Transfer Funds).
