[Global Bank] L&D Manager, SME

 Our client is a leading global bank with strong footprint in the region. The Bank promotes diversity, creativity and also individuality.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Learning, you will assist in the development, management, and implementation of an effective learning development strategies and programs that is in line with business strategies for the region. You will engage the business, perform training needs / gap analysis, develop appropriate training intervention through working closely with vendors, and execute effective regional and global programs. 

You are responsible for supporting the latest SME business strategy with learning solutions, applying product life cycle management disciplines to manage the end-to-end execution of learning solution, and building a learning culture in the business by engaging the key stake holders.

You will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in Consumer Banking and/or learning especially in the SME segment. You will be proactive, commercial in your approach and willing to be hands-on. With excellent communication and presentation skills, you will thrive is a dynamic and fast paced environment.
