They are seeking a mature Trade Sales to join their global banking team in Shanghai.

Job Description

The Trade Sales must understand client's need and work with supporting teams to structure and customize trade solutions. You will develop and acquire new to trade customers, service and grow existing and up tier unprofitable relationships. The role requires you to develop bilateral rapport and provide effective and efficient trade related transactional banking support to client group. You have to work through branches within catchment area to drive and co-ordinate trade strategy.

The Successful Applicant

The trade sales must have Bachelor degree with at least 5 years working experience. Strong track record in product/transactional banking marketing or Relationship Management to institutions or corporates especially foreign multinationals or large SOEs is a must. You must have good knowledge of basic trade products, and understanding of Supply Chain, Commodities financing, RMB draft discounting will be highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have general credit and risk knowledge especially with a foreign bank and fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin. It's critical for you to have good interpersonal and influencing skills and adaptable and able to work under pressure.
