Key responsibilities:
As a Listed Derivatives Operations Analyst in this area you will be responsible for:
Cash
- Client Margin calls (Internal, External, DB Hubs Exchanges)
- Nostro Funding and Reconciliations
- Manual Payment generation and approval
- FX Exposure management
- Exchange Rebate/Incentive Schemes.
Clearing
- Trade capture T+O
- Exceptions processing T+N
- Maintaining and monitoring positions at both exchange level and in Rolfe Nolan
- Processing exercise requests at an exchange level and in Rolfe Nolan
- Maintaining Clearvision and GLOBE (internal system) static data
- Processing of EFPs at Exchange level
General
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly - Reporting, MIS and Reconciliations
- Email queries/response
- Monitoring performance metrics of the remote team
- Escalation of issues in a timely manner to senior management
- Testing new versions of production equipment when required
- Involvement in ‘Run the Bank’ and ‘Change the Bank’ projects
Candidate requirements.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Efficient oral/written communication in English.
- Strong desktop PC skills.
- Integrity, Trust Fairness
- Minimum: Educated to HSC standard
- Preferable: Degree
- Extensive Futures and Options Investment Banking Operations work experience
- Rolfe Nolan and/or Clearvision experience ideally

- Able to take full ownership of tasks, while displaying a mature and confident approach with all stakeholders (i.e. internal and external).
- An excellent team player with strong communication and inter-personal skills.
- Able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and results driven approach to ensure completion of all tasks and ultimately improvement of our clients’ DB experience.
