Overview of Division
Working as part of the Global Business Services group in this role you will work within the AsPac Structured Drafting team with the primary responsibility of drafting confirmations for the regional Derivatives Business (Tokyo, HK, Singapore, Sydney and all branches).

Position Overview
Derivatives Documentation is responsible for confirmation of all OTC Derivatives products traded by GM businesses across Credit, Rates, and Equity asset classes.

Responsibilities
• Liaise principally with marketers traders, as well as Business Managers, Operations, Compliance, Credit and Tax (as necessary) to verify trade details and to advise on drafting implications, potential risks and escalate queries in a timely fashion
• Action urgent requests from Front Office and Global Clients on a daily basis
• Ensure items are prioritised in accordance with internal benchmarks and FED Targets
• Use structured Cross Asset experience to provide a thorough and detailed check to eliminate drafting errors
• Assist with any internal projects to re-engineer the documentation process, particularly infrastructure changes
• Perform root cause analysis on process and control issues within the front-to-back process, and suggest improvements
• Support Aspac Credit Event Process
• Participate in F2B/Regional working groups to improve STP rates
• Represent Deutsche Bank by participating in ISDA working groups
• Provide onshore support and oversight to regional processes in Manila
• Support all AsPac regional Branches with Structured Confirmations queries

Requirements
• 2+ years of Derivative product knowledge would be ideal
• Working knowledge of ISDA Documentation
• Ability to work to targets and in a high pressure environment
• Ability to question and challenge existing processes in order to improve efficiency
• Candidates are required to be highly organised, self-starters, with the ability to work independently and within a team
