Objective:
As a new intern with Pentair Technical Products, you will report directly to the Global Category Director. In this role you will support the Enclosures Cabinets product area of the Marketing Department in a variety of capacities. This will a fast paced internship that will include interacting with all global regions: North America (NA), Latin America (LAM), Asia Pacific and China (APAC), Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA). This position is located in our Anoka, MN office.
Responsibilities:
- develop and implement communication strategies and vehicles for global category team members
- compile and report global category data (e.g. sales, margin)
- evaluate competitive product offerings to develop gap analyses
- support global product launches
- analyze global pricing methodologies
- develop pro-forma project/product financial analyses.
- could include evening teleconferences with global regions
- Brand activation tactics
- Assist in compiling strategic plan information
