The project aims to deliver a global platform for corporate credit risk decisioning, enhancing our customers experience.

On this project, you will deliver and embed organisational change across the front, middle and back office at ANZ. Partnering with stakeholders, providing support across business areas impacted, and the delivery of training will be key to adoption of the changes. You will also oversee all change activities globally through partnership with regional stakeholders in NZ and APEA.

Additionally in this role you will be the conduit between the Implementation Team and the business, and as such, the Change Manager will take responsibility for ensuring the product is fit for purpose for the business, and work with the businesses to ensure the solution is deliverable within programme constraints, and in-line with programme objectives.

Additionally, the Change Manager will have management responsibility for several direct reports, including technical writers (procedures training), business analysts and for the purposes of the project, two regional project implementation managers.

As an experienced change professional, you will possess mastery of Project and Change Management lifecycles, methodologies and disciplines, ideally supported by relevant certifications (PMBOK, Prosci, CMI, Prince2). Additionally, you will have demonstrable management experience and the ability to energise and engage the team, stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to ensure effective delivery and embedding of the change.
