Role description:
We are currently looking to recruit an MNC Banker to cover the subsidiaries/entities of North American and Latin American Corporates with regional/European headquarters or treasury centres operating from the UK.
The individual will be based in London and will report to Cate Luzio, Head of MNC Corporate Banking in EMEA.
The MNC Banker will work closely with Parent Company (HQ) Bankers in North America and Latin America and will cover the subsidiaries across the region. The MNC banker will also work with local product partners to deliver solutions and services to the MNC subsidiaries.
Core Responsibilities of preferred candidate would include:Coverage of subsidiary and regional treasury centres in the UK that are HQ'd in North America and Latin AmericaDevelopment of forward looking new business plans for clients and the maintenance of existing business relationshipsConduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs that can be met with JPMorgan's broad array of corporate banking products across debt capital markets, risk management, treasury and securities services and asset managementBuild and develop Treasurer level coverage of Corporate Banking selected clients and prospectsSupport the parent banker in the client account planning process and be accountable for local resultsResponsibility for marketing in-scope Investment Banking products including: traditional credit products, private placements, ABS/Conduit, FX, Flow
derivatives, Commodities, Sales and Trading) and all non-IB products (including: Treasury Services, Worldwide Securities Services, and Asset Wealth ManagementManagement), through integrated Treasurer level coverage

Qualifications
Skills required:Client Relationship manager with proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win new business, close transactions and develop networks, both internally and externallySolid credit and analytical skill setKnowledge of IB and TSS products including derivatives, bonds, loans, trade finance, cash managementStrong commercial judgmentUnderstanding of flow derivatives, FX, commodities, transaction banking and securities processingStrong influencing skills and proven track record of managing cross cultural environmentsStrong partnership skillsExcellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English
