Role Summary
Responsible for the on-time delivery of all aspects of expansion in a particular country.
This includes the day to day management, coordination and subject matter owner, both cross group (Tech, Ops, Finance etc) and cross-lob as required to deliver the project on time and to the required scope.
The role is the primary focal point for the program and takes the lead in communication and escalation as it relates to the cross LOB's project.
Main Stakeholders:
SCO, GCB CAO, IB COO, EMEA Regional Governance Committee, and the key business sponsors for the business delivery programs for each LOB.

To design and lead the primary program delivery forums
To preside over and drive all work streams and ensure co-ordination between them
To manage cross-line of business agendas, interact with different management chains and ensure correct sponsorship focus
To provide connectivity between business proposition and country build
To build cross LOB business partnerships: understanding the business/contributing to business objectives
To ensure Client and Banker feedback is incorporated and country build is aligned with those requirements
Drive updating of country/capability business cases
Ensure build is delivering competitive capabilities
To inject expert subject matter in order to advance discussions, make commercial decision and move the build forward
To create and ensure quality/accuracy of regular communication
To take direction from Business Sponsor groups and Steering Cos and execute that direction
To escalate material events and impacts
To support periodic requests and presentations for updates and progress reports
To provide experience to anticipate issues, think ahead and prevent material delays
To provide oversight for additional country builds with complimentary timelines

Qualifications
Skills and Experience

In depth knowledge of one of more of the following Products (TSS, IB, Credit), Operations, Technology or Corporate Treasury
Established internal network and understanding of the firm wide structure
