As a Credit Analyst you will report to the Head of Global Credit Management, and be responsible for Account receivable Accounting (alignment with existing Group Rules), Reporting (Actual Forecast) and Analysis (existing ones, and ad-hoc). This position will interface regularly with most of our Credit Management colleagues in the affiliates, as well as regional and divisional management. Additional key roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead the Management Reporting for Account Receivables in the GCMR system and prepare the management presentations
- Manage the Internal Control on Financial Reporting process related to Global Credit Management (documentation and system reporting)
- Provide guidance and support to the affiliates for Credit Management related topics
- Lead various ad-hoc analysis, and management reporting activities under the accountability of Global Credit Management
- Partner with regional finance / affiliate credit managers through timely communication to understand and improve customer interfaces and financial implications for the division
- Maintain the Credit Management Reporting Guidance documentation for divisional and Group reporting systems
- Monitor compliance of Local Credit Management Policies at the affiliate level with the Global Credit Management Policy

This role requires the following skills and experience:
- Studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Audit
- 3 to 7 years industry experience in Accounting or Finance in a multinational Company (experience in Credit Management preferred) or Audit company
- Demonstrated ability to work in multicultural teams but also independently, ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to facilitate discussions, both within and outside Finance
- Demonstrated ability to drive decision making through previous experience
- Leadership skills, including managing diversity, and negotiation; ability to provide guidance and support both within, and external to Finance team
- Knowledge of order-to-cash processes
- Working knowledge of MS-Office (in particular Powerpoint and Excel proficiency), SAP (R/3 and BW) a must
- Excellent verbal and written English, good knowledge of German, French or Spanish desirable
