Global Custody Account Manager recruitment
to manage key China institutional clients’ account and handle daily enquiries
to be the focal point of contact for customer correspondences on all custody and fund services issues
work closely with the company Securities Services teams in HK and other centres to ensure ensure excellent services are being provided
to ensure service quality meets / exceeds the standards stated in service level agreements and expected by clients
drive and coordinate different department with other areas and group offices; work with such parties to come up with solutions to meet clients’ needs
to update customers with relevant market information and changes
maintain MIs for the clients and business
to assist with RFP preparations and other business development initiatives
Key Requirements:
university graduate or above
minimum five years’ related working experience in Custody / securities / banking business and with good knowledge in capital market
detail oriented, hardworking and good time management
good interpersonal and communication skills
able to work under pressure and make occasional business travel
good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
