Global Custody Corporate Actions recruitment
We are looking for an ongoing temporary Global Corporate Action's Administrator working within a top tier Investment Bank. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous Corporate Action's experience looking to develop their skills further. You will be responsible for the processing of all corporate events in respect of stock held by our client. This role sits within the Business Support unit, which works alongside the Custody Corporate Actions team.
The role will include but not be limited to:
-Accurate and timely processing of Global Corporate actions
-Ensure queries, exceptions and event reconciliation discrepancies are investigated, updated and resolved
-Assisting the team with bespoke high-value client work, creating reports and carrying out a series of additional checks
The Ideal candidate must have:
-Strong knowledge and understanding of Global Corporate Actions events and markets
-High Attention to detail and accuracy
-Good planning, organisation time management skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Prior experience with SWIFT
