Global Custody Project Manager recruitment
My client, a Global Custodial Bank in London requires a Milvus Project Manager, who will be responsible for the end to end management of the CDM Milvus project on time and within budget.
You will work directly with the Global Custody Program Manager, Workstream leads, IT Delivery Manager, IT and business analysts, business partners to refine plans when required and manage associated project communications.
The key areas of responsibility for the Milvus Project Manager:
Actively ‘work’ the project plan, including managing resource conflicts, dependencies, slipping tasks, rescheduling of work, etc.
- Meet the project objectives and manage the scope
- Establish project delivery strategy.
- Develop and manage the integrated, baselined project plan.
- Defining and manage project budget.
- Manage the required skills and resources.
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues along with mitigating strategies.
- Ensure all documents required for the project are compliant with my clients standards
- Support change control relating to the projectProvide status reporting and other communications to stakeholders and executives as defined
- Ensure that all stakeholders and team members are regularly updated on progress, issues, risk and achievements
- Actively manage quality assurance through the lifecycle of the project, and ensure quality measures are in place and understood
The successful candidate will have proven experience in :
- Delivering and Managing IT projects
- Understanding of IT Project Lifecycle
- Proficient with use of Planning tools (ie MS Project)
- Project reporting experience, has to report back to UK Program Lead
- Proactive in delivering a project with multiple dependencies, and working across global delivery (much contact between Toronto, Lux and London)
- Good communication skills
- Desirable would be someone who is experienced in Custody Reports, and/or Technologies / Technical Architecture
