Global Equity Analyst – Long Only Fund
Our client is a major asset management firm, and one of the largest investment firms in the world. They manage significant assets for a broad range of institutional, retail and private investors and are one of the most successful investment groups in the world.
They are now in need of a Global Equity Analyst, who will work out of the London office. The role will cover a number of companies globally, focused on several sectors, and you will carry out macro, micro, sector and business analysis. This was, obviously, involve meeting the companies and travelling to see them.
Candidates may come from a range of backgrounds, but it will be immediately obvious that you are interested in investing. You will come from one of the following backgrounds:
- buy side or sell side equity research
- experienced corporate finance advisors from the major accounting firms
- strategy consultants from firms such as McKinsey
- investment bankers
- please can you state on the top of your cv whether you own shares and clearly state you are interested in financial markets
The successful candidate is likely to have at least 5/6 years experience
