Global Equity portfolio manager – Long Only – Asset management
A well established asset management firm with the majority of their assets within Equities is currently looking to add an experienced portfolio manager with a global approach to their team. You will be responsible for running mandates in both Emerging and developed markets therefore should have experience in both.
In order to apply you must be:-
- A broad global PM with a passion for Emerging markets.
- Able to apply a global thematic process.
- Able to use macro input thoughtfully.
- Looking for a long term stable environment to work in.
- Able to work as a team.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their passion for investing and long term thinking in addition to an interest in running concentrated portfolios.
This is an excellent opportunity join a growing firm in a newly created position where you will have the opportunity to develop a new global EM centric product in addition to supporting the diversified global Portfolio Managers.
You should be working in a ‘hands on role’, involving yourself within the investment analysis in addition to coaching the investment team.
Applicants should be CF30 registered.
You will report directly into the head of asset management and be fully involved in training/mentoring junior analysts.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with multiple audiences is essential.
