GLOBAL FINANCE DIRECTOR
Our client is a significant privately owned multi-million dollar global specialist in the supply, of industrial machinery. The company has gown extensively in the past few year, developing a more comprehensive service portfolio. The business currently operates out of the UK, and globally.
They are looking to expend into a billion dollar business the company has identified the need to appoint a global UK-based Group Finance Director, reporting directly to the Group President and working closely with the Chief Executive and Chief Treasurer.
The role
1. To provide strategic and financial guidance to ensure the Company’s current and future financial commitments are met
2. To provide advice on legal matters and administrative issues and to take charge over all statutory requirements
3. To provide direction and management for the Finance function across the Group
4. To work with Divisional Heads in developing financial systems and procedures to help them achieve their objectives
The person
1. A qualified accountant ACA/ACCA, obtained with a UK-based accountancy practice
2. Prior experience of consolidating international group accounts
3. Previous global business trading experience
4. A demonstrable track record in financial forecasting and budgeting
5. A sound knowledge of all aspects of Governance
6. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Location West Sussex, Horsham
Salary £150,000 - £160,000
