Your function
By joining the GFM (graduate) Rotation Programme, you will get the opportunity to gain exposure to, and learn about the four core areas within the Global Financial Markets business, as well as contributing to our goal of becoming the premier food and agriculture bank.
What does the programme entail?
The programme runs for 12 months (starts in September) and begins with a week-long induction where you'll meet graduates from around the globe and gain a thorough understanding of Rabobank Group and GFM. The remainder of the year will be spent in your home location, rotating through a combination of departments within the four areas of GFM - Client Trading and Money Markets, Client Structured Products, Capital Markets and Sales.
Finally, at the end of the programme you will be given the opportunity to go on a week-long study tour to one of our other global locations. Here you'll spend time with various departments to learn more about our business, understand the local client base and see how we operate on a truly global basis.
Your Profile
- You have obtained a Master degree when the programme starts in September 2013 in Mathematics, Economics, International Business or Finance,
- Maximum of two years working experience,
- History of excellent academic performance,
- High levels of numeracy,
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English is prerequisite due to international environment. Dutch is recommended,
- Clear customer focus, which means an entrepreneurial spirit.
Development
Trainee candidates will be considered for any suitable and available permanent opportunities with GFM upon successful completion of their rotation programme.
