Global Head Finance Operations – Process Re-engineering recruitment
As the Global Head of Process Re-engineering you will be required to build out a team of direct indirect Lean / Six Sigma specialists. Your direct team will be required to each lead a region for this global transformation.
Ideal Experience
- Broad finance experience as a senior financial executive, particularly in wholesale banking with strong appreciation of processes embedded within Finance, risk or IB Ops type organisations
- High level of business awareness ideally through exposure to multiple areas across finance, operations and upstream groups and exposure to large finance/risk or operations transformational efforts
- Leadership role in driving change and cultural change
Responsibilites:
- Provide strong leadership, governance and direction to build a "process culture" within the 3000 fte finance organisation
- Create a central team to identify a portfolio of process re-engineering projects framed with payback etc
- Drive the execution of a prioritised portfolio of projects and embed the culture of continuous improvement embedded into BAU, using methodologies like Lean/Six Sigma.
- Partner with Global Process Owners to support their role in finance change, providing the needed subject matter expertise including target setting and execution of their finance change priorities.
- Partner closely with Business CFOs and Regional Finance Heads to ensure that the developed process re-engineering framework is embedded globally across Businesses and Geographies and linked as part of the organisational transformation to be driven across the globe
- Ensure optimal regional/global organisational operating models, driving efficiencies across the Business Finance team through hubbing, standardisation and automation. As such, there needs to be a close working relationship with the organisational design work
- Implement robust metrics and dashboards to support the benefits off of the process re-engineering efforts
- Contribute to the development of Finance change initiative
