Global Head of Business Analysis recruitment
The key focus of this role is to insure the 'Internal Consultancy' is fully resourced and ready to deliver to vast portfolio of projects across the enterprise.
* Work with the project management office staff to assign the appropriate individual to work on each initiative whether sponsored from within or otherwise
* Manage the changing demands on the overall team to ensure that the analyst resource is balanced to work on the activities that match best the business' priorities.
* Ensure that all material projects have a single point of contact in the Analysis team responsible for all analysis activities to the nominated project manager
* Ensure the projects are staffed to leverage the functional pools and maximise cost effectiveness
* Ensure alignment of design with the functional architecture and target operating model
* Define and maintain documentation of the business processes and systems that enables support staff and new joiners to come up the learning curve quickly.
* Put in place a programme of education concerning Cobam business processes that can be used to ensure that analysis, development and test staff understand the business well enough to be effective.
