About Client Programmes
The Global Financial Services team (GFSI) supports the growth and development of member firms across the world. The Client Programme is designed to help Deloitte’s member firms develop deeper, value-adding client relationships in Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities
As Global Head of Client Programmes for Global Financial Services you will be responsible for:
- Leading on the development of the strategy, the execution, and the management of the Global Client Programme.
- Evaluating and measuring performance of the Global Client Programme against set objectives and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Identifying and targeting strategic accounts within the global client portfolios which are underperforming and implement interventions to support their growth.
- Managing the delivery of various workstreams within the Global Client Programme including execution of the current initiatives for strategic growth relationships.
- Sourcing specialists and industry experts to share insights with Global
- Developing, as required, an understanding of relevant markets and product areas in which the client operates.
- Being the key point of contact for Global FSI LCSPs and the main GFSI point of contact on FSI client growth activities.
- Establishing a network with other Global Client Programme Leads in other Global Industry groups to share ideas and to leverage best practice.
Key Skills and Experience
- Preferred: At the Senior Manager level with a minimum 8+ years of relevant industry experience within the Financial Services sector
- Preferred: Asia Pacific experience and currently located in Hong Kong
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis with 70% of the role involving going overseas
- Ability to independently lead and manage strategy engagements that involve significant client and partner interactions
- Excellent oral communication and influencing skills and a track record of briefing senior stakeholders confidently
- Ability to operate to tight deadlines, to balance the conflicting priorities of key stakeholders, strong problem solving skills and a track record of delivery in a results-orientated environment.
