Global Head of IT Costing and Allocation (f/m) recruitment
We Offer
- A highly visible, global Director level role reporting to the Head of IT Finance responsible for a global team that is the global IT costing and allocations competence center delivering on critical Finance processes within the bank.
- Responsibility to lead a globally diverse team of 15+ FTEs to ensure the correct allocation of over 3bn CHF of IT related cost to the front office businesses and the Shared Service Division.
- The opportunity to redesign processes and systems in one of the top priority areas for IT Finance to enable the allocations and their origins to be transparent to the receivers in the business.
- Ensure a robust costing model to give real transparency to the cost of the products and services that IT delivers to the business combined with an accurate and timely charging process to enable the right costs to be charged to the right business each month.
- Deliver to the business a transparent reporting to enable the receivers of the charges to drill back and understand the charges and also the levers that they can pull to change their behaviors to influence the charges in the future.
You Offer
- A University degree or an equivalent educational background preferably coupled with a management accounting (CIMA) or financial accounting (CPA) qualification.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in financial management and accounting plus broad knowledge of working in global environments.
- A flair for innovation and the ability to redesign systems and processes.
- Strong people management skills as the team is globally dispersed and the level of interaction with the business significant.
