Global Head of RfPs recruitment
An exceptional greenfield opportunity has become available for an experienced investment management professional to assume overall responsibility for strategic RfP coordination globally. Principle accountabilities will include:
- Manages RfP team to deliver high-quality RfPs on selected products and capabilities which support AMG’s regional and local businesses.
- Works with senior internal stakeholders to articulate investment philosophy and processes of key capabilities and funds in AMG within the RfP context; develops insights into those of competitors operating in the same space.
- Ensures consistent high-quality articulation of how AMG operates and its value proposition across the entire value chain
- Accountable for content and quality assurance of RfPs
- Decision making/submissions for AMG ratings and awards
- Liaises with Sales Infrastructure on RFP central database (RFP Master)
- Owns RfP performance measurement and evaluation at an aggregate level
- Owns management of workflow across RfP team
To be considered for this role, you will require first rate investment writing skills and the ability to build credibility with investment product and sales teams. The role will require strong man management skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple geographies, as well as demonstrated experience of managing projects and driving change. Experience of working in a global role will be highly regarded.
