Global HR Manager recruitment
Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Provide counsel to management and employees on policies and procedures, compensation, benefits and performance management issues
Manage HR processes in conjunction with Corporate HR including performance management, year-end compensation and promotion process, recruitment and headcount planning and reporting
Play an active role in on-boarding and mentoring of employees, training and development as required
Provide guidance and advice regarding performance, career mobility and professional development
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and systems as a member of the HR leadership team
Criteria
10+ years of relevant Human Resources experience, including a strong HR generalist background preferably in the financial industry
Expertise in areas such as performance management, employee relations and all year-end compensation processes
Collaborative behavior and team orientation
Ability to frame issues and provide solutions
Strong relationship management skills
Project management and multi-tasking skills
Strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Bachelors degree required
