Primary Responsibilities:
- Process offer letters and coordinate background checks while following up with HR Manager on progress
- Input data and maintain appropriate documentums in PeopleSoft for new hires, active employees and terminated employees
- Administer and track US HR Operations mailbox to ensure timeliness of requests in relation to employee life cycle
- Assist in the review of operations processes and aid in the implementation of recommendations
- U.S.point of contact for HRMS reporting
- Lead HR Ops offshoring to Indiafrom all countries
- Contact for GAPS group – process background checks on vendors for access badges
- Provide support for Immigration, Business Visitor Letters and XL India Training accommodations
- Provide general administrative support to Regional Operations teams and HR Managers including internal and external audits, annual enrollment, year-end comp process, maintain PWC spreadsheet, correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role
- Experience with PeopleSoft HR database (or similar HR database systems)
- Experience running reports from HR database
- Advanced proficiency with Word and Excel – working with pivot tables
- Experience in mid size company strongly preferred
- Global experience is a plus
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Must be proactive and exhibit good follow up and follow through
- Good multi-tasker and be able to prioritize your work
- Strong problem solver
- Client service oriented
