Global Investment Analyst
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying potential investment opportunities for the firm’s Portfolio Manager whilst supporting and modelling the positions within the portfolio across equity markets with a global reach.
Responsibilities include:
- Coverage of a portfolio of stocks to generate investment recommendations
- Development of long/short investment decisions based on fundamental analysis
- Contributing to determining overarching investment strategy for Europe
The fund is an established multi-strat platform with a team made up of high calibre individuals that have come from industry leaders in the hedge fund space. The ideal candidate will be an Equity Analyst within an established buyside firm that has focused on stock picking for a minimum of 3 years and has a genuine passion for investing. - Currently working at a reputable buy side platform
- Long/Short experience is imperative
- Generalist experience is essential, candidates with a sole sector focus will not be considered
- 3 years as an Analyst within an equity fund
- Circa 7 years total experience
- Exceptional academics from a top tier University
- A passion and desire to work for a leading fund and develop as an analyst is essential
- Strong modeling skills
- Fluency in foreign languages is highly desirable
