Global IT Compliance Leader recruitment
* Manage the Global Corporate IT compliance management process and lead the effort related to managing and tracking ITSRC-related Federal Reserve requests, first day letter, other regulatory exams, audits and self-assessments etc. Advise representatives across corporate and business units on the upcoming IT risk examinations and the internal processes and tools available to manage and track Federal Reserve request
* Support corporate and business units in organizing and having ready for inspection the ITSRC documents requested by the regulators for the purposes of examination
* Receive IT audit and self assessment results and identify/notify parties across corporate and business units responsible for responding to the identified issues and findings.
* Lead the effort associated with development of an IT compliance management tracking tool to track Federal Reserve, audit and self-assessment requests
* Support corporate and business units in the management, tracking and monitoring of issues and findings identified via regulators, audits, and self assessment. Report metrics and escalate issues to Global IT Compliance Head
* Mange 3 Audit, Regulatory, and Exam Management Specialists
* Bachelor's or masters degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline
* 7-10years experience in compliance management or audit, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
* Experience in performing IT risk and compliance assessments
* Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and leading industry practices required for large financial services/insurance institution
* Significant experience working with federal regulators. Previous experience with a Federal Regulated bank in the matters described in the first bullet of the Job Description is a pre-requisite.
* Strong project management experience
* Experience in interfacing with highest levels of management, including C-suite employees, Board, and regulators
