Global Service Desk/Helpdesk Support Manager – Associate Director - 60-85K+

Location: London City

A growing global investment bank is looking to hire a global helpdesk/desktop support manager to lead the first and second line IT operations support team in London and internationally.

The team is responsible for both hardware issues and market data applications, with end-user and remote support globally, including offices in London, Dubai and Hong Kong.

Essential Skills required include: ITIL experience (Foundation V3), Market Data (Reuters/Bloomberg), Windows, Hardware (HP/Blackberry’s), Trade floor environment.

Experience required: Extensive Helpdesk/Desktop team lead/managerial experience in a financial environment, preferably investment banking. People management experience and key stakeholder consultation and relationship management is also important.
