Global Consultancy – Investment Banking Risk Management Change Consultants– Market Risk / Credit Risk
Leading Global Consultancy is looking for several Credit Risk / Market Risk Lead Change Consultants to work within their Risk Management division in London.
Strong Project Managers / Programme Managers with a background in delivering change initiatives in Credit Risk / Market Risk within Retail Banks / Investment Banks. Have the desire and interest in driving forward architecture impact assessments to understand the role and design of Risk Management capabilities that a Bank needs 2013 onwards.
Understanding of the relationship between Front and Back Office Risk Management business processes (e.g. Collateral, Pricing, Exposure Calculation Engines, Stress Testing etc)
Possess a solid understanding of how a Credit Risk / Market Risk department works in Investment Banks, covering not just the key processes, people and data, but also the key issues faced and actions being taken by the banks to address those issues.
As a Management Consultant, you will be working with clients within Banking / Investment Banking to provide Finance Risk Management services. Have excellent understanding of complex change initiatives in the global financial services industry.
Strong Business Analyst and Project Management skills and be credible working at a senior level. This is a client focused role, therefore excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to work under little supervision. You need to be delivery focused.
Solid CV with outstanding academics, numeracy, IT literacy and communication skills. Most importantly the potential to rapidly add value in this extremely switched on environment.
