Requirements

Working with product specific originators you will be required to structure, devise and implement highly complex structured finance transactions, as well as bespoke products and platforms. You will be tasked with ensuring the best commercial outcome is reached for the bank and its clients, while balancing a range of accounting, regulatory, legislative, operational and other influences. The role is purely front office, and so includes significant negotiation with clients and internal and external service providers, project management responsibilities and delivery of complex transaction documentation. In addition you will manage new product approval processes, ensure that adequate management reporting is in place, and resolve any issues with the current product suite.

The position will suit an investment banking executive with a legal qualifications and experience, an understanding of financial global markets (ideally structured products and derivatives), a detail focused and proactive approach to work and the ability to review and negotiate complex documentation. You will have a commercial mindset, proactive approach and the ability to close transactions with multiple stakeholders and objectives across a discerning audience.
