Global Mobility Service Delivery Consultant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the job of Service Delivery Consultant within the Global Mobility Team (HR) of our successful financial services client in Camberley, Surrey. The job of Global Mobility Service Delivery Consultant is responsible for the provision of all operational support to the Global Mobility team, which are a specialist function within the HR Shared Service. The job of Global Mobility Service Delivery Consultant is a permanent role, offering a £50,000 base salary.
Global Mobility is a specialist function within the Shared Services group in Global Human Resources (HR). The Global Mobility team manages the business' international assignments, permanent transfers and other international and US domestic relocations; it owns the global mobility programs, the relocation, tax and immigration vendor relationships related to the business' mobile population of approximately 400 employees in 40+ locations with 700 moves annually.
The Global Mobility team partners with the Line of Business HR as well as Finance, Corporate Tax and Staffing to ensure operational excellence and support to the business' mobile employees. The function is also responsible for the management of current employee immigration in the UK, ensuring compliance with UK Border Agency requirements.
This is an operational role with an emphasis on exceptional customer service to deliver a seamless end-to-end process for the business' employees. This job is responsible for the provision of all operational support to the team, including monitoring the key milestones in the assignment process, compliance with immigration requirements (UKBA, etc.) and process improvement initiatives. It involves frequent interaction and administration support for Global Mobility Advisors, the wider HR team, other business functions and external vendors.
The ideal candidate for the job of Global Mobility Service Delivery Consultant will be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:
- Global Mobility, proficient with tax estimate calculators
- Immigration, up to date with immigration laws and compliance requirements
- International; accustomed to working in a global team across time zones
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Management and administration of audit practices
