Global Mutual Funds – Analyst/Senior Analyst recruitment

Job Description:
As a member of the Global Wealth Services Operations Business Service Team, the Global Mutual Fund Analyst/Senior Analyst will be responsible for processing mutual fund transaction activities from trade execution through to settlement. The jobholder will handle multi-currency transactions related to both internal SEI and external third party funds, and associated foreign exchange processing. This position will require an individual who is detail oriented, efficient, and able to handle the pressure of working to tight deadlines in a high volume environment.
Responsibilities:
• Process daily trade activity for Global Mutual Funds and Global Money Markets in a multi-currency environment
• Calculation and processing of incoming and outgoing multi-currency bank transfers for settlement of trade activity
• Maintain awareness of the various cash agent deadlines by currency to ensure timely processing
• Monitor and resolve out of balances with custodians and fund providers within defined time frames
• Resolve differences from cash reconciliations between internal books and cash agent balances within defined timeframes.
• Calculate and process client entitlements monthly, quarterly or annually as indicated by the funds
• Support asset data maintenance, including research and establishing of new assets, monitoring of prices and manually pricing of assets as necessary
• Provide Service and support to SEI Investments Europe (Ltd) London UK and various other SEI remote locations
• Liaise with Operating and business units as required to provide awareness of processing problems as they arise
Other:
• Keep Current – (market conditions, regulation, SEI products and services, etc) and maintain ongoing and effective communication and alignment of these with client business practices.
• Maintenance and updating of internal systems/ data reference points in agreed format to ensure consistency and communication of relevant information within the team and ensure integrity of data.
• Any other ad-hoc projects as required.
