Global Online Product Manager - ATS - 120005FM As the eDell Product Manager responsible for the Available to Sell and Client Reinvention efforts, you will be defining requirements for future of Dell.com capabilities, features, and functions. Specifically, you?ll be charged with working directly with the Client Reinvention teams to drive strategic changes to the online capabilities impacting our inventory management and fulfillment processes. Proven track record of driving high ROI projects that require strategic thinking, analysis, business planning and executionis required. This is a key role in the eDell Product Management team, with many stakeholders including internal business partners, technology teams and Dell.com customer base. Specific responsibilities include: - Define long-term product roadmap while identifying key opportunities and strategic partnerships, - Develop deep domain expertise, building competitive landscape awareness, and provide consulting on best practices and emerging trends - Provide subject matter expertise for the assigned online capabilities area(s) (Online configuration, product services, etc) and drive for long term roadmap recommendations - Ensure that business and customer interests are represented, and that online product engineering is aligned on those needs - Drive need and priority throughout the software development lifecycle. - Translate business requirements into business solution concepts, user stories, test case input, or other documents to craft detailed and accurate deliverables that specify processes, technology, staffing, and project management involved in proposed technology solutions - As a ?trusted expert advisor? to both internal and external stakeholders provide formal advice, executive customer presentations, speaking engagements at industry conferences Qualifications Required Skills: - Experience in constructing complex solutions and documenting requirements (written samples will be requested) - Advanced functional knowledge of online content, commerce and portal systems - Strong communication and partnering skills - Project management - Customer focus - Proven leadership - Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced e-business environment - Ability to work cross functionally in order to achieve desired results - Global project experience preferred - Experience with Agile or other product methodologies - AOA architecture, content Management experience and/or Framework experience highly desired - Experience in UX and usability highly desired - Functional understanding of jQuery and MVC highly desired - Strong desire to learn - 8+ years relevant experience Minimum Educational Requirements: - MS in Computer Sciences or Equivalent - MBA strong plus Dell offers: -Opportunity to work with a strong brand at one of the world's largest IT solutions providers -Dynamic, challenging, international work environment -A team with a high level of energy, integrity and motivation to win -Exciting internal career opportunities -A commitment to diversity and inclusion -Competitive compensation including bonus plans a great benefit package -An individual professional development plan About Dell Inc.: Want to work in an environment where each day is focused on delivering solutions that make a real difference in people?s lives?
