Global Operations Assistant Job in Heathrow, Home Counties UK
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Global Management Team at a fast moving Heathrow based company.
You will have strong organisational and events experience and excellent communication skills at all levels. You will need to be career minded and prepared to travel globally for up to 4 weeks at a time 5 times a year.
The role will include direct contact with clients and management of local staff.
Key skills include:
Account management
Exceptional customer service skills
Proven organisational skills
Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
MS Word and Excel
Meticulous attention to detail
Great networking skills and ideally events management/organisation experience
Fluent English, written and spoken is essential and a second European language ideally French or Italian is also highly desirable.
