Job Description:

Global Operations Lead: Lead cross-functional linked teams to coordinate work across miscellaneous IT teams, internal business customers and external business partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility/impact assessments and formulating release plans; Develop detailed release plans and manages all rollout processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control monitoring, validation, documentation, training while meeting near-zero business impact from enterprise systems; Implement metrics, and reporting instruments to measure operational inefficiencies and identify opportunities for enhancements or automation; Develop, document, and govern standard operating procedures, maintenance standards and customer service guidelines relating to support of IT applications; Conduct root cause and statistical analysis of technical problems. Would be required to develop domain knowledge of enterprise business processes and how they co-relate with Integration Solutions; Plan, write, and maintain automated UI test cases and suites; Execute and maintain automated test suites in addition to analyzing test results; Manage teams across international borders and cultures the industry;

Qualifications:

Other Requirements: Solid experience in Change Management and Release Management; Can mentor and guide junior team members and offshore vendor resources; Root Cause Analysis and Data Analysis and Metrics presentation; In-depth knowledge of Internet/Web technologies, such as Web browsers, HTTP, XML, Java, Javascript, HTML and XHTML; Strong experience in scripting languages like perl, php and unix shell script; Experience managing complex, large scale projects; Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in linux/unix; Good knowledge in IPv4 networking; Familiarity with Market Data; Strong analytical skills. Past success at elevating an organization as an employer of choice within the industry; A preference for and ability to thrive in dynamic and fast paced, high growth environments; Proven track record managing senior leader relationships and ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines; Strategic thinking, able to participate and influence business planning, leading development of competitive strategies; Can understand and discuss application architecture and technology stacks; Experience of Business Process Flow and their technical implementation; Issue/Incident Management, Escalation management and SLA governance; Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; Extremely strong and experienced cross functional coordinator; Can identify work inefficiencies, build and govern process; Strong capability for dependency, schedule and resource management.
