Global Payroll Lead

My client are a leading blue chip pharmaceuticals company. They are currently running a project where they require a Payroll lead to act as the expert for all payroll processes and integrations.

As the successful candidate you will be expected to strategically monitor and improve payroll operations by designing, standardising and implementing business processes.

This a position that will require a hands-on comprehensive approach to the job and all that it entails. However, an example of the duties involved is as follows: providing an introduction of the project and relevant training to all countries involved, continual analysis and reporting on system and process implementations and performance, working with the other specialist experts to discuss related reports and manage operational interdependencies with payroll, continual testing of new systems and procedures, and to support the development of training material.

The successful candidate will have a technical knowledge of Payroll and HR in order to successfully deploy an end-to-end payroll process. You will have had exposure to working with Payroll BPO services, and be creative and analytical aiding problem solving skills. Additionally and importantly, the successful candidate will be an effective and influential communicator.
