Overview:
Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) comprises three businesses: Corporate Finance, Markets and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and includes regional coverage in the Bank's key growth areas.

Deutsche Bank Prime Brokerage is a custodian, private banker, an accountant and an investment banker combined. It performs all of the functions carried out by a traditional custodian; safekeeping of assets, trade processing and account reporting. A Prime Broker also provides securities lending capabilities, multi-asset financing and risk monitoring. Client Service is the foundation of our model, providing seamless coverage and delivering streamlined operational efficiencies across the global synthetic and physical equity markets.

In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, dealing with their questions on our Synthetic Equity and Prime Brokerage product, issuing resolution and managing the relationship between clients and departments internal to Deutsche Bank (DB). Directly interacting with clients on a daily basis, you will be the main point of contact on all operational relationship issues and will act as a Client advocate within the firm to ensure the client's needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key Operational contacts at the client. You will proactively initiate client reviews and opportunities to demonstrate newly released products and services.
You will be familiar with clients' accounts including trading strategies, operational and product needs.You will clearly understand the revenue opportunity for DB, competitor landscape and potential growth opportunities.
You will be responsible for the daily review of client's accounts including resolution of any client position and cash break queries. You will also investigate and resolve any funding issues on the client's account.
You will be responsible for the escalation for internal and external contacts for trade / settlement issues - ensuring client expectations are met.
You will be responsible for the management of corporate action and income activity across a client's portfolio.
You will be responsible for the daily margin call management and balance monitoring. You will be aware of large daily swings/ongoing trends with clients.
You will ensure business and regulatory requirements are met in the process.
You will handle client requests in an efficient manner, ensuring reliable turnaround of any issues or requests, clear expectation management and focus on client satisfaction.
You will provide regular status updates to the team manager, conduct internal client reviews and recommend service level adjustments as needed.
You will take an active role in providing solutions to the client, using Deutsche Bank's tools and processes to give optimal service, efficiency and client satisfaction.
You will partner with the Sales, Trading, Transition, and Relationship Management teams, to ensure Deutsche Bank offers the highest level of service to our clients.
You will have close interaction with Stock Loan and the Synthetic Equity Desk to ensure successful settlement of all the client's trades and perfection of custodian services.
You will have general involvement in key business and client service initiatives.

You will have:

Strong PC skills to include experience Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
