Global Prime Finance Client Services Rep

Top Investment Bank in the City is looking to hire an experienced Client Services Representative to join their Prime Brokerage team for a 9 month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing Prime Brokerage team.

The team is responsible for;

Responsible for developing strong relationships with key Operational contacts at the client. Proactively initiating client reviews and opportunities to demonstrate newly released products and services.
Familiarity with clients’ accounts including trading strategies, operational and product needs.
Daily review of client’s account including resolution of any client position cash break queries. Investigate and resolve any funding issues on the client’s account.
Escalation for internal and external contacts for trade / settlement issues – ensure client expectations are met.
Management of corporate action and income activity across a client’s portfolio
Daily margin call management balance monitoring. Awareness of large daily swings/ongoing trends with clients.
Handle client requests in an efficient manner, ensuring reliable turnaround of any issues or requests, clear expectation management and focus on client satisfaction.
Provide regular status updates to team manager, conduct internal client reviews and recommend service level adjustments as needed.
Take an active role in providing solutions to the client
Partner with the Sales, Trading, Transition, and Relationship Management teams, to ensure the highest level of service is offered to clients

Candidates will need experience within Client services, ideally from a Prime Brokerage Background. Experience with Equity or Fixed Income will also be hugely beneficial.
