At the headquarters of our Consumer Goods Business (CGB) based near Zurich, approximately 360 employees focus on Global Marketing, Operations, Finance and Administration. For the Global Operation department we are seeking a designated:
In this function you ensure the successful implementation of retail operations relevant projects and processes for different sales companies.
You will be entrusted with the following main duties:
- Managing and participating global retail projects such as the implementation of a new retail solution (POS, replenishment, reporting), mobile POS, omni-channel “Electronic Gift Cards”.
- Managing and supporting communication to IT and consequently ensure that existing and new software applications meet business requirements and that planned projects get the appropriate IT attention (regarding resources, business requirements and support).
- Standardizing and continuously improving key retail processes to achieve operational excellence efficiency and maximise customer experience (this includes process analysis to implementation of improvements; including testing, documentation, training and measurement).
A successful candidate will bring along:
- High level of education - minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Ideally 3 - 5 years of work experience in process or project management preferably within retail
- Strong technical and leadership qualities with good knowledge of customer service and sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills, to be able to cooperate with numerous multicultural contacts
- Willingness to travel extensively – up to 50%
- Fluent in English and ideally German (any additional language is an advantage)
- Very good IT-User knowledge (MS-Office, SAP, POS Software)
