Position Overview The Sourcing Specialist is an integral part of the Travel, Card Meetings (TCM) Procurement CoE focusing specifically on the Travel Category (including Travel Management Company, Air, Hotel, Ground Transport). Through effective use of the Global Procurement Processes Tools, the Senior Analyst will support the optimization of the Global Travel category strategy roadmaps. Responsibilities are as follows: * Collaborate closely with Shared Business Services, Key stakeholders and Global Procurement colleagues across all Regions. * Lead the ongoing management of the Global Airline program including contract maintenance, supplier reviews, IATA list management alignment with regional TCM leads. * Lead small sourcing projects utilizing SMP (Sourcing Management Process) focused primarily on North America requirements. * Own management of the diversity pipeline and delivery across the TCM team. * Act as SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) operational / optimization lead across the TCM team. * Support Category Manager in ongoing optimization of the Travel Category through analytical benchmarking activity. * Work collaboratively with stakeholders and other Global Procurement colleagues to ensure delivery of complex global strategies and identify improvement opportunities. * Support development and maintenance of Savings pipeline Risk management programs for the Travel category. * Develop, maintain deliver TCM dashboard, TCM value proposition and TCM communication tools. Qualifications Required: * Bachelors Degree * Excellent subject matter expertise and be current in industry trends and best practices. * Experience in working within the Sourcing Management Process (including Supplier Relationship Management). * Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. * Ability to collaborate with a wide variety of individuals, including senior management, stakeholders, team members, other departments and suppliers. * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment. * Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new category / industry knowledge to job function. * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Strong proven analytical skills.
