Global Product Services Lead recruitment
The duties and responsibilities of this role include:
• Lead the transition of ownership and responsibility of ongoing maintenance of the Encyclopaedia from the Product Development team
• Coordination of key feeds into the product, both internal external
• Identification, measurement reporting of key metrics regarding completeness, accuracy and reviews
• Documentation and process mapping of operational workflows
• Subject matter Expertise for technology enhancements to support workflow and quality control enhancements
• 2nd level support on queries relating to the product and provision of support documentation for 1st level support
• Build and maintain existing relationships with product teams at ETF Issuers, Global Exchanges, and Index Providers
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics, Finance or Business preferred.
• Experience with process design and management.
• Strong business acumen and thought leadership.
• An operations related background is essential.
• Strong client service background is advantageous
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial document filings (i.e. prospectuses, SAIs)
• Ability to understand business objectives and focus and prioritise multiple projects.
• Demonstrable management experience is required.
• Proven record for building relationships and influencing all levels within an organistion.
• Must have a high level of initiative and methodical problem solving skills.
