Volt is currently seeking a Loyalty/Rewards Program Manager for our global Southwest Austin client.
Description of Duties:
Work with Campaign Managers to understand global campaign goals and objectives
Work with CM to define programs and projects to support campaigns. Programs and projects include both online and offline activities
Serve as primary point of contact on Campaign for execution and day-to-day operations
Lead Campaign core team to coordinate day-to-day campaign activities
Manage programs and projects for the campaign
Define program and project requirements and get approval from CM and campaign stakeholders
Work with execution teams to define cost/time estimates for programs and projects
Work with execution team leads to manage project activities
Work with regions to define regional campaign program and project needs.
Work with regions to manage program and projects
Work with analytics teams to gather metrics and report performance to CMs and other stakeholders
Manage and report on campaign budget

Requirements:
Experience managing a loyalty or rewards program highly desired
5+ years of program management experience
Strong marketing background
Strong proficiency with MS Office 2007 (will be assessed with online testing)
Experience managing global campaigns
