Global Project Lead – Liquidity/ Treasury recruitment

As part of a global initiative this role will be responsible for the programme aimed at providing solutions for Europe, whilst ensuring that these are consistent with the strategic global scheme.

The scope of the programme includes tools and processes related to data sourcing, data processing, data validation, exception management, and financial reconciliation with general ledger as well as Liquidity engines. Therefore this role will have the following responsibilities:

• Defining, prioritising and achieving strategic objectives for projects/platforms.
• Lead projects to enhance or build new functionality on liquidity reporting platforms.
• Develop processes and tools that encourage continuous performance improvements
• Regularly communicate status of program to senior stakeholders
• Ensure process capability, control and improvement by developing and implementing relevant quality assurance procedures
• Analyse project risks, costs, and benefits
• Act as liaison between Technology and the business for ongoing programme status/ issues

Candidates will have a strong background in managing large global programmes including finance/resource management. You will have experience within Treasury/ Finance particularly in regards to Liquidity Risk and Regulatory Reporting. Ideally you will have knowledge of Regulatory Reporting Practices, Risk Measurement and Analysis from a banking environment. Experience in managing teams is also required.
