GLOBAL PROJECT MANAGER (PEOPLE SOFT HCM) recruitment

The Company

Our client is an International financial institution who are seeking a senior Global Project Manager to join their Global HR Software Delivery team who brings implementation and change management expertise to develop solutions that deliver towards key global HR initiatives.

The Role

Your main duties will be to lead the planning, build, and delivery of the large complex programmes/projects in a global, multicultural and diverse environment and participate in contributing to the strategy and progress initiatives based on the product direction. In order to achieve this you will effectively engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project and clearly define and track the business benefits to their customers. More specifically you will be driving a high performance team in defining the projects from start to finish and ensuring a quality global solution is being delivered. This will entail managing the project day-to-day activities throughout all phases of the project and ensure all documentation associated with the project is in accordance with HR methodology and the Group IT standard Risk Based Project Management methodology where appropriate . You will also oversee the implementation, migration, and service introduction support (new services, teams or locations) to ensure the smooth transition and output into Run the Bank .

Your Profile

You will be a university graduate with relevant qualifications and work experience of at least 10 years where 5 years is in project management where you have shown a track record in leading large complex projects within the HCM PEOPLE SOFT application. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and other HR software applications is a must for this role. As a senior applicant you will have solid expertise across key operational areas (e.g. payroll, learning, recruitment solutions) from both a process design and IT functional perspective. Expertise in specific design disciplines (e.g. operational analysis, process reengineering, and customer experience) and understanding of the Group HR IT platform (e.g. GHRS) and its capabilities is a must too. You will have excellent communication skills with a strong command in English and have the ability to work in a team or independently.
