Job Overview
Individual will assist in interpreting and developing Firm policy for U.S. and international banking regulations related to capital and and other regulatory reporting matters. Individual will be involved in the critical project of implementing Basel II and III for the Firm on a consolidated basis with extensive interaction with other key stakeholder areas of the firm, such as Treasury, Credit Risk, Market Risk, business area con-trollers and others.

This includes developing Firm positions and documenting those positions in regulatory policies and interpretations, as well as assisting in the documentation of Regulatory Policy review of various types of methodology, classification and other changes that impact capital and other aspects of reugulatory policy.

As part of this, the individual will assist in carrying out Regulatory Policy responsibilities in chairing and as members of various committees addressing interpretation matters. Responsibilities related to these include assisting in chairing meetings, review of proposals, developing the Firm position and documentation of Regulatory Policy approvals and conclusions.

? Identifying and assessing various types of changes (methodology, classification, etc.) coming from other areas, committees and working groups
? Ensuring appropriate documentation is prepared by the originating area
? Reviewing or organizing review of documentation and reaching a timely conclusion
? Documenting and communicating decisions

Skills Required:
? 5 -10 years of experience with Basel and U.S. bank capital regulations
? Strong project management skills
? Strong writing and oral communication skills
? Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment
