Our client is a well reputed global Banking group with a strong presence in Asia. Due to their continued investment in internal resources, they currently have an excellent opportunity for a Product Development Specialist to assist the Head of Product Development to identify business needs and new opportunities for their Insurance business.
Reporting to the Head of Product Development, your main responsibilities include but not limit to, formulate strategies to enhance product proposition and participate in business and marketing initiative projects. This role will be good for candidates who can plan and organise product development activities in life insurance products and conduct market research and help identify business needs. Part from the business as usual, you will also have the chance to participate in projects related to product development areas.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A university degree
- Minimum 2 years product development within a reputable Bank or Insurance firm
- Sound knowledge of banking insurance products
- Strong business sense and passion on product development
- A team builder able to inspire, and motivate team
- Strong writing skills, problem solving and innovative
- Excellent communications skills with fluency in English and Cantonese
