Global Restructuring EMEA & APAC Manager, VP recruitment

Directs the work of project team members.
Drives collaboration and consensus with senior Business Unit Leaders to drive transformation within their operations

- Leads the end-to-end planning and management of a large complex or restructuring activities
- Oversees the schedule, resources, budget and risks of each project to ensure targets, budget, and milestones are met
- Drives 2014 and interim state designs for their Business Units, in collaboration with Process Managers end-state designs
- Drives restructuring within business units to ensure savings can be realized, and designed interim and end-state designs can be accomplished
- Adopts training and change management programs necessary to ensure success of programs adopted in the business unit
- Under general supervision, plans, organizes and controls the activities of the restructuring team
- Provides direction and support in developing approaches/plans, executing assignments, resolving critical issues and resource contentions, and prioritizing efforts
- Anticipates and sets direction for the resolution of problems and works across the organisation for consensus
- Manages controls project scope, tracking, staffing, and budget
- Manages high-level business impact analysis involving projects to determine design and implementation approach, structure, scope, resource requirements, organization impact and priorities
- Manages overall communications, risks, and issues resolution
- Manages all transformation reporting requirements for all assigned projects
- Serves as advocate and change agent to implement recommended solutions
- Serves as relationship manager with business leads and program peers; ensures service quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensures communication and collaboration across restructuring teams, Process teams and Lean teams to ensure the work progresses in a consistent way
- Promotes development and implementation of project methodology, tools, best practices and controls to improve process and overall quality of service
- Collaborates closely with Process Owners, Process Managers, Lean Management Office and Change Management team

Our Requirements

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent required, MBA or PMP preferred
- Proven financial services and/or project management experience
- Excellent project management skills; ability to manage large, complex projects throughout the project life cycle and manage project teams on tight time frames
- Proven ability to manage through complex issues and realign priorities and deliverables to ensure milestones and targets are achieved
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to be influential change agent with businesses
- Experience in operating model design, transformation, Lean or driving change
- Strong relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to work across global SSC business lines
- Excellent prioritization management and resource management skills
- Expertise with project management methodology and tools and experienced with budget and cost tracking
- Strong PC skills, including office applications and project scheduling and flowcharting software
- Travel required
