Global Roadshow Coordinator – European Equity Marketing recruitment
Alan Mitchell are looking for a Global Roadshow Associate within Natural Resources for a North American Bank in London looking at all market caps.
Core Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with corporate or analyst European Sales Team
- Advising on all logistics for the roadshow (flights, trains, ground transport, hotels etc)
- Booking of venues for group presentations, conference calls and preparation of appropriate invitations. Monitoring responses and updating the schedule
- Printing and distribution of presentations
- Flawless execution of the roadshow schedule
- Ability to handle multiple roadshows, investor tours at any one time
- Produce and distribute final roadshow schedules
Essential Skills:
- Strong project management abilities, prioritising skills initiative
- Good logistical and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Creative flair, attention to detail and good accuracy
- Ability to be a team player when the situation calls for it
- Ability to multi-task and work under deadline pressure at times
- Flexible attitude to working hours
- Proven comprehensive track record in financial roadshow management
Technical Skills:
- Experience of managing schedules using a web-based scheduling/ event management tool preferred
- Intermediate Excel Word essential
- PowerPoint
- Additional language an advantage
Around 2-3 years of experience is desirable.
